-Train and supervise school staff and/or home therapists

-Masters Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field.
-Current BCBA certification.
-Access to reliable transportation; willingness to travel.
-Strong interpersonal and writing skills.
-Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.

Required Experience
2+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Job Description

New Care Associates is seeking Direct Support Staff to work with individuals with developmental disabilities. We service Essex, Hudson, Passaic, Bergen, Mercer, Monmouth & Middlesex counties. He or she will work with individuals with developmental disabilities using ABA techniques and positive behavior supports. Implement PBS plans, teach ADL and communication skills etc. Services are provided IN-HOME or IN-COMMUNITY Parent training, direct services to youth, use of picture schedules, PECS, sensory activities, and positive behavior support techniques are taught. All applicants must be 21 years of age or older and have no history of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of children or vulnerable adults.

Experience working with children with Autism, ASD, Cerebral Palsy Required.

New Care Associates is seeking experienced Clinicians to join our team of professionals! We provide in-home therapeutic crisis stabilization for children and adolescents throughout Essex, Hudson, Passaic, Bergen, Mercer, Monmouth & Middlesex counties. We are looking for energetic contractors to provide home-based counseling to children and families in need of our services. The ideal candidate would have experience working with children with developmental disabilities including Autism. ABA training and techniques, positive behavior supports. All applicants must be 21 years of age or older and have no history of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of children or vulnerable adults.
